Shipping & Returns

SHIPPING:

All shipping costs will be calculated depending on the country of destination and the order total. You will be notified of the shipping costs for your order when you reach the checkout page.

We have a fixed shipping cost for each country and we offer free shipping on all orders over :

• £250 for the UK
• £450 for Europe
• £850 for the rest of the world

We know how important fast and reliable shipping is to your business, so you can expect your order to arrive within 1-2 working days for domestic orders and 3-5 working days for international orders.

RETURNS:

Stockists have a period of ten days after receiving a delivery of our products within which they can return products in the case of order errors. The products must be returned to us in their original packaging and must not have opened or used. The return parcel must contain your order number.

We will replace any faulty items and send them free of charge.

While we do everything within our control to get your order to you promptly, please be aware that external factors, such as customs processing and unforeseen weather conditions, may occasionally cause slight delays beyond our control. In such cases, we kindly ask for your understanding and assure you that we will always strive to resolve any issues to your satisfaction.
